Sculpture Dublin Tour #1

Saturday 30 April 2022 – 11am, 2pm, 4pm

Meeting Point: St Stephen’s Green Park, beside the Fusilier’s Arch, across from the top of Grafton Street.

To celebrate International Sculpture Day, join art historian, Tony Suttle for a guided tour of public sculpture in St. Stephen’s Green. Whether you are a Dubliner, Irish, or from elsewhere, you will experience a rich history through classical and modern styles. Among others, you will encounter Lord Ardilaun by Thomas Farrell, Robert Emmet by Jerome Connor, Wolfe Tone by Edward Delaney, Constance Markievicz by Seamus Murphy and James Joyce by Marjorie Fitzgibbon.

Each tour will last about 50 minutes.
